Required Cost Controller for Franchise Cafe & Restaurant Business
Experienced of Micros (recipe based software) will be advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Implementing and Establishing Costing Automated through System and Standardizing the Recipe costing.
*Coordinating and work closely with other departments to meet the cost control objectives and develop and implement strategies to minimize the cost/expenses.
*Preparing and providing MIS to Management for the accurate figures of Food and beverage cost for catering division as well as other outlets and (Restaurants).
*Check and approve the Menu costing reports prepared by Cost controller and Cost control clerk.
*Daily food cost reports is prepared and distributed according to schedule.
*Checking all the operational procedure for the Storerooms Followed.
*Checking Yield test as well as butchery test as per the request of Chef.
*Preparing Monthly Food Flash and MIS along with Complete analysis for Business.
*Performing random test count in the stores.
*Checking Expiry Items in stores and taking necessary action.
***Help Finance Dept in monthly closing as front runner.
