1. Overlooks the activities of the runners assigned to his/her section.
2. Ensures clients are served courteously, efficiently as per GIA Restaurants Co. set standards.
3. Should be thoroughly aware of GIA Restaurants Co. standards.
4. Handle operating equipment properly and efficiently to permanently avoid breakage and loss.
5. Wipe and place operating equipment mise – en place with the assistance of runner.
6. In charge of cleaning tables and chairs with the assistance of runner.
7. In charge of Setting up tables with the assistance of runner.
8. Ensures service stations are clean and organized with the assistance of runner.
9. Greets and provides chair assistance to guests.
10. Suggests food, beverage, and answer questions regarding cooking techniques of food, beverage.
