To handle the secretarial and admin duties for the company’s shipping &Logistics division
To handle the secretarial and admin duties for the Chairman of the company

Skills

Excellent secretarial and administration skills
Correspond with the CEO & Assistant CEO
Above average communication skills (verbal and written) especially in English and interpersonal skills
Professional letter writing
Computer skills (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Organized and efficient / time management
Ability to carry out tasks related to reservation of hotels & airline tickets and corresponding with clients and contractors
Able to work under pressure / to deadlines
Minimum 4 years’ experience as Secretary / Administration
Good telephone manner
Presentable appearance
Willing to put in extra hours when needed
