To assist the Assistant Manager & Shop Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Excellent in customer service and sales.
• Maintain awareness of brand, items, promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in merchandising and inventory.
• Keep the stock room organised and neat.
• Respect the daily work schedule timings.
• To stay well-groomed and presentable always.
• Assist the manager in sales strategies plans and managing team.
• To develop customer loyalty through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style.
• Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
• High School graduate or preferable to have a University Degree
• Minimum 5 years retail experience
• Computer literacy
