Job Description

•Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory and Directory Resource Administrator (DRA) such as creating user accounts, adding users to security groups, adding workstations and servers to Organization Units (OUs), DNS and DHCP.
•Perform server/database patching and bug fixes via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
•Carry out maintenance and configuration of New Technology File System (NTFS) permissions Access Control List (ACLs), share permissions and verification on file server shares
•Execute system backups and verification of data integrity with EMC Networker Client and snapshots. In addition, schedule and perform various areas of data restoral access across all networks
•Manage job scheduling/automation – management of routine jobs and basic knowledge of scripting. Perform audit logs of all systems via log puller script and verification to ensure logs are pulling correctly
•Perform troubleshooting with upstream servers and/or site management aspects of boundaries, component configuration, Structured Query Language (SQL) tasks, and health of site status for Distribution Points and Management Points.
•Design, implement, and perform Active Directory Organization Units structure, Security Group structure (group nesting), delegate control of OUs, raise domain functional level, run Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) queries and command-line tools dsquery, dsget and dsmod
•Execute Domain Controller administration and maintenance to include identifying and transferring Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO) roles and use Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) for attribute changes, ensure the proper assignment and configuration of operations master roles, perform regular backups of the directory database, manage domain and domain controller security policies, and set application-specific attributes for Active Directory-enabled and -integrated applications such as Microsoft Exchange
•Evaluate Windows based vendor submissions for compliance with customer’s specifications on technical solutions
•Document all complex procedures and installations of new Windows based products. Function as SME and trainer to helpdesk for troubleshooting.
•Manage users and groups, including use of a centralized directory for authentication
•Manipulate and edit files, directories, and links from both command line and graphical interface
•Interface with cross-functional teams and developers to support and resolve technical problems
•Have working experience with Symantec Enterprise Vault for medium to large enterprises
•SQL Server monitoring and backup procedures
•Exchange 2007/2010 & 2013 administration and migration experience
•Aid in day-to-day administration of the Enterprise Vault Servers
•Tasks include, but are not limited to, creating and deleting EVault accounts, retrieving historical messages, PST ingestions, and performing custom searches on EVault servers
•Exchange messaging, journaling and archiving solutions
•Email Migration thru EV PST Import tool


•Very organized and detail-oriented
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
•Proven ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and make effective decisions
•Sound knowledge of infrastructure technology, including distributed systems, platforms, networking protocols/topology, storage, messaging, security, desktop and applications
•BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
•Configuration, operation and monitoring of Skype for Business environment
•Management of Audio Codes SIP gateways and provider relationships
•Use and management of platforms to maintain and monitor the Skype for Business environment
•Monitoring and proactive maintenance of Enterprise Voice environments including validation of performance against various KPIs.
•Systems management and automation.
•Implementation of platform upgrades and feature expansion including additional capability expansion as needed.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Technical Skills

Desktop operating systems such as Windows server and clients.
Server software programs such as Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint Server and other server software.
Backup systems. Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM,
Anti-Spyware, and other security related technologies.

Communication Skill

-Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

-Microsoft MCSE or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
