Job Description

–          Consolidate Company’s recruitment requirement on monthly wise, quarterly and yearly basis.

–          Should liaise with all business unit managers for each department to ascertain recruitment requirement on a regular basis.

–          Develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps if there any, based on yearly manpower plan.

–          Screening and monitoring resumes of only most qualified candidates for interviewing process.

–          Organize and conduct interviews for new potential employees and ensure interview assessments are provided in a timely manner in writing by each interviewer.

–          Management of probationary process.

–          Maintain employee statistics and generate management reports on joiners and leavers on a monthly or as required             basis.

–          Conduct joining (onboarding) formalities for new employees and ensure all the documents and information required are collected and forwarded to payroll within given timeframe.

–          Create new employee files and ensures that all filing is up-to-date.

–          Organize and coordinate training events.

–          Ensure that all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.

–          Maintain recruitment database and records of applicants selected and not selected for employment.

–          Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

–          Must be bilingual (excellent communication and written skills in English & Arabic)

–          Minimum 4-6 years in related field

–          Good knowledge of MS Office.

–          Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

–          Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

–          Self-motivated, team player, high attention to accuracy and pays attention to details.

–          Transferable work visa

–          Available immediate
