Job Responsibilities:

Fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.

Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.

Job Duties:

  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective action.

  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation and profit goals.

  • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.

  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs and planning renovations.

  • Maintains existing tenants and attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; explaining advantages of location and services and showing units.

  • Manage tenants’ Events.

  • Develop customer satisfaction survey.

  • Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.

  • Responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs to keep the property functioning in top condition.

  • Overseeing the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of facility services manager and utility systems to ensure efficient operation.

  • Verifying the day to day material request forms submitted by Facility services Manager.

  • Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving the operations and solving maintenance related problems. And monitor the use of inventories of spare parts.

  • Support Administration Department for Issuance Company’s licence and follow up with government institutions in order to facilitate the procedures.
