•Deal with customers via phones, e-mails, multimedia channels and faxes. \n\n•Cross-selling products and services. \n\n•Provide the products and services information for the customers. \n\n•Identify, research, and resolve customer’s issues or complaints. \n\n•Follow-up on customers inquiries and immediately resolved. \n\n•Collaborate with all colleagues in Warba Bank and work with them as a team.
