Job Responsibilities:

Manages and directs the daily activities of the Marketing & leasing operations in accordance with organization policies and standards.

Job Duties:


  • Responsible for all leasing functions, which include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation and profit goals.

  • Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.

  • Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.

  • Research and Analysis of potential prospects.


  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the following:

  • Marketing, communications and public relations activities that enhances the organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public.

  • Facilitate internal and external communications; and all organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and print materials.

  • Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all, both internal and external.

  • Manage tenants’ Events.

Financial Management:

  • Managing the department expenditures across the year.

  • Follow-up with all leasing and marketing payments related issues.

  • Adopt rate structure as per the occupancy progress.

Customer Service Management:

  • Training, assigning, scheduling, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Preparing action plans of quality of customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

  • Develop customer satisfaction survey.
