• Collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
• Follow recipes, piece controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant management
• Prepare a variety of simple foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable and cold food items.
Able to communicate with Prep Cooks & Wait staff.
Knowledge of cooking procedures & kitchen equipment.
Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Ability to work peacefully and efficiently under pressure.
