Job Description

To act as the primary HR interface within the assigned Business client aligning human resource efforts with business objectives to ensure increased profitability, productivity and employee engagement. HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues

1.HR support: Build strong business relationship with clients by advising the client senior management on all HR issues. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
2.HR Transactions: manage the flow of HR transactions, monitor process effectiveness.
3.Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs and oversee the recruitment process to ensure candidates of the best caliber are sourced and on-boarded
4.Learning and Development: Assess L&D requirements and ensure these are translated into effective L&D programs so the client has people with the right skills and experience to meet its objectives
5.Succession Planning: Actively participate in development and implementation of a succession pipeline
6.Reward Reviews: Execute the promotion and salary management processes to ensure fair and reasonable outcomes in line with budget and wider standards
7.Employee Relations: Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manage grievances, exits and disciplinary actions to ensure appropriate outcomes in line with policy.
8.Organizational design: Advise on the structure of the client to ensure that the structure and roles are fit for purpose and improve performance
9.Policies and procedures: Identify HR issues within the client and ensure these are communicated to HR colleagues. Work in partnership with Group HR functions (Recruitment, Training and C&B) to develop solutions, programs and policies and deliver value added service to the client in order to achieve the business objectives.
10.Counseling: Advice and counsel members of staff on a confidential basis to ensure issues are clarified and resolved


Minimum 10 years in HR with minimum 3 years in a Business Partnering/manager role

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent. MBA is a plus

Good knowledge of HR practices, Organizational development and conflict resolution
Knowledge of the local and International market practices
