Job Description

This position will reuqire supporting the Senior Executives in our organisation.

Performs administrative duties for senior executives.

Responsibilities will include:

Receiving and directing visitors

Answering and directing reception calls

Word processing

Managing calenders

Making travel arrangements – Air Travel and Ground Travel

Meeting and Event Arrangement

Preparing Reports and Financial Data

Creating spreadsheets and presentations


Customer Relations


Excellent written and spoken English
Strong computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Project Coordination experience
Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff
Ability to work with outside clients and vendors
Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
Business Administration or other relevant degree is required
5 + years experience
