To check completeness of all received documentation in order to be compliant with all pertaining regulations. Archive and file all information, data and documents across KFH bank into the archiving systems to ensure a sequential and orderly storage for compliance and easy retrieval when needed.

Detailed Description
Document Checking
Receive documentation for related applications (car finance, personal finance, cards, accounts) and other transactions in order to ensure that applications are complete and compliant with KFH procedures and CBK regulations.
Follow up with function heads in order to ensure that complete and compliant applications are available at KFH for processing and documentation purposes.
Collect data for analysis and reporting and request/ make available any documents as directed by superior
Document Control
Scan all required documents and ensure that the document system is maintained regularly to ensure that users can access the scanned version of documents
Conduct all required filing activities pertaining to various types of documents by allocating the respective documents to their corresponding archive location to ensure a systematic and orderly database for archiving and future referencing purposes.
Retrieve all the needed documents and files as per the access authorization to protect KFH bank documents and files.
Maintain the archiving rooms to ensure that the information and documents are maintained and issues are solving promptly.
Organize documentations either in hard copy or soft copy as per the developed archiving systems to ensure the ease of retrieval and availability of information.
Receive all incoming requests and assign a code to each request along with the corresponding date and time of receipt to ensure a systematic and orderly database for archiving and future referencing purposes.
Continues Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continues improvement of systems, processes and practices taking in to account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant support services policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Statements and Reports
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet KFH and archiving requirements, policies and standards.

Related Assignments
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Job Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
2 years of relevant work experience in support services and administration sector including some experience in archiving and document control.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Knowledge computer and MS office skills.
Good verbal and written communications (Bi-lingual Arabic and English) skills across cultural and bank boundaries.
