Client coordinator cum office admin required on urgent basis

– carry out all office admin work related to bank and others
– contacting vendors internationally to get quotes
– chasing, follow up with suppliers , negotiating to get best pricing for purchase
– searching on internet sources for procurement
– preparing invoices , quotes , reciepts
– answering phone calls in office , addressing email inquiries
– should be familiar with MS Office word , excel and good on internet and email usage
– technical background would be preferred
– immediate joining will be preferred

-Good communicatio skilss and good command on english
