We are looking for Call center manager. The ideal candidate should have good experience in managing call center for multi brands , able to handle multiple agents, know about all areas in Kuwait, cost control and stay with in the allotted budget, handling effectively customer complaints and solve ideally, managing the drivers and effectively using all assets related to delivery & call center business.

The candidate will be responsible to independently run the call center in all aspects .
